I was born into a family of restaurateurs and I grew up backstage in some of the most fashionable venues of 1980s Milan. Not at the stove, but in the dining room — among guests, among suppliers, beside the maître d'. That's where I learned that excellence is never a single act: it's the care of a thousand details, from the raw ingredient to the right person who handles it, to the way it finally reaches the table.
In over thirty years working with restaurants, suppliers and the city's most demanding clientele, I have seen trends change, ingredients change, chefs change. One thing has never changed: those who recognise true quality always look for it.
From this conviction, Eccellenze Gastronomiche was born — with a precise mission: to select and bring to our most prestigious clients those one-of-a-kind products, expressions of unbroken territories and craft, that the true connoisseurs recognise from the very first taste.
